Product Properties:

Performance：
The aluminum sheet is coated with PE/PVDF. Polyester coating formed by multiple baking and coating on the surface of aluminum plate can generate a fast and continuous solid film that acts as a kind of protection and decoration. This coating is UV resistant.
Polyester /PVDF resin contains high polymer with ester bond as the main chain and alkyd resin, which can protect objects from UV rays, wind, rain, frost, snow, ice and freezing when exposed to air, and cannot be influenced by temperature difference, freeze-thaw cycle, corrosive gas, or micro-organism. It is very suitable for making interior decorations and billboards.
Packing & Transportation Details:
1) Interleave paper between each sheet. (Optional for Cold Rolled Sheet).
2) Plate/coil is placed to the iron or wooden pallet, wrapped by water-proof craft paper and fixed by iron belt.
3) Port: Qingdao port or other main ports in China
4) Container: 20ft GP:5898mm (Length)x2352mm (Width)x2393mm (Height), loading 18~25 tons.
40ft GP:12032mm (Length)x2352mm (Width)x2393mm (Height), loading 20~28 tons.
