3000 series aluminum sheets are also known as anti-rust aluminum sheets. The production technique is very remarkable in China. Manganese is the main component in 3000 series aluminum sheets, where the content for manganese is between 1.0-1.5. The strength for 3005 aluminum sheets is 20% higher than 3003 aluminum sheets, and the anti – corrosion property is better.

Application:

3005 aluminum plate is commonly used in humid environments like air conditionings, refrigerators and car bottoms, and used in building materials, and color aluminum plates. It can also be applied to parts or components that require high formability and corrosion resistance, such as kitchenware, storage units for food or chemical products, troughs or tanks for liquid transportation products, pressure vessels or pipes, cooling fins, make-up boards, photocopier rollers, or ship materials.

Packing & Transportation Details:

1) Interleave paper between each sheet. (Optional for Cold Rolled Sheet).

2) Plate/coil is placed to the iron or wooden pallet, wrapped by water-proof craft paper and fixed by iron belt.

3) Port: Qingdao port or other main ports in China

4) Container: 20ft GP:5898mm (Length)x2352mm (Width)x2393mm (Height), loading 18~25 tons.
